when i use the send to email recipient function in windows explorer a new outlook message opens but there is no CRM Button available to track in CRM. Is there a workaround?
I also have this behaviour when opening a new email mesaage with outlook from third party tools.
That is correct - even it undesired behaviour - My workaround is this - I save the email, close it, then open it from my drafts or inbox folder - at that point I have a 'track in crm' button and can proceed.
