  • Hi Lori,

    I have the same problem. Only my one is more serious. I am working for a big company and we are using Volume License Key (VLK) to provide Offce to all our computer. These key was working now for years. Since our WSUS Server updated all our workstation with the PILOT office Geniune we have problems with the valitation.

    I am 100% sure that this key was bought by us from Microsoft. I will post one report from a sampel computer. We are using Office Standard Multilanguage and have on some computers Access from Office 2003 installed.

    The strange think is that only some computer behave like that and not all of our computers. But as we use a image to deploy our computer all computer have the same office key. The solution to reinstall office is not working because that would mean a lot of work. Is there a why to deploy a new / same key to an existing installation via SMS server, script or what ever?

    The MGADiag reports shows your copy of Microsoft Office Prefessional Edition 2003 is non-genuine (Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2). However the Windows XP Professional operating systema and Microsoft Office Standard 2003 Edition is genuine.

     

    A possible reason this VLK key was blocked is because the company that originally owned it has contacted Microsoft and reported the VLK Key leaked to the internet. Microsoft then Blocked the key as Non-Genuine and issued the company a different key.

     

    Please contact your company's Network Admin or IT Dept for your company's proper Office VLK key.

     

    Regarding your questions, it is out of the scope of Windows Genuine Advantage but you can check out the Tech Forums
