problem with MCID RRS feed

  • hi, i have a problem with MCID

    i would like to know how to re-enter an MCID or change the original MCID to a different one.

    so. i have take the mcp test a week ago and received an email to log in to mcp website.

    and so i did. and on the website i found an icon that said "view transcript"

    so i clicked on it. but what i get is that one sentence saying that i havent taken any test.

    BUT I DID TAKE THE TEST so i went on clicking everything i can on the page to find the problem.

    and i figured out that my microsoft account's MCID was different from what i have recieved in the email.

    so thats my problem.

    can anybody help me figure out how to change an mcid?

    Well let me tell you that you are not the first 😉

    To resolve this issue you have to contact the regional service center. They will merge the to mcid's you might have. make sure you have your credentials nearby when you call them. If you want you can also email them but my personal experience is that by phone it will be fixed much sooner.

    Tip: when you take your next exam schedule it via the mcp site that way it will always be tied to the correct mc-id.
