    How does one create an new sandbox instance (organisation) through the portal portal.office.com portal?

    I cannot find an option to do this.

    Hi

    I believe you only have the ability to create a sandbox environment if you have 25 or more CRM professional licenses or if you have paid for a sandbox environment. Can you confirm this is the case
