Your problem is that the SLIC table in the BIOS is not available to the Operating system, so that the OS cannot check the inbuilt certificates to self-activate the system.Assuming your COA sticker on the case is for Win7 Home Premium, the solution is to use the Change Product Key link on the System Properties page to change the Key to the one on the sticker, and then activate by telephone.There is a distinct possibility that your installation of Office is non-genuine, since it's a version that is only sold to businesses - if you acquired this version other than through your employer, it is non-genuine
