Getting 'Unexpected error' trying to undelete a message by banned user

Question

Hi everybody,
In this thread http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/transactsql/thread/d13c99f7-0178-47ed-9ffc-34bc27334174 the last message is by a banned (why?) user which is marked abusive by the SPAM filter. I've checked (quickly) the link posted by that user, it seems legitimate. I haven't read it from the technical point, but I think that particular message, although to an old thread, was Ok.

You can't undelete messages by banned users.
This is actually part of the known issue that the banned user isn't totally disappearing like it's supposed to. So this is a known issue that's being worked on.
Thanks!
