On the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Certification Paths diagram, ISBN numbers are shown for the books associated with examination 70-511, 70-513, 70-515 and 70-516. Can anyone please tell me when these books will be available in print?

It doesn't look as if that book link has the same ISBN number as the cert path though
