Purchased a year but can't activate? RRS feed

    I just purchased a 1 year subscription with my windows live account and when I attempt to activate it I get two options - Subscribe Now (pay the $49.95) again or Activate Now (if you bought a store bought version).  What do I do, I already paid th $49.95 for up to 3 PCs.  This is the PC I made the purchase on.  Please Help

    Select "Subscribe Now" and when asked to enter a Live ID use the Live ID and password used to purchase your subscription. Your subscription status should be recognized and One Care will activate.

    I puchased this product online thinking I was going to get the full version as a download. I see my live email has an attachment to it but im not seeing a place to download the full version. Th ebubble in the tray is still red after subbing what do I do

    Thank you for visiting the Live OneCare program forum. Go to www.onecare.com download the trial version. Then click subscribe. Then use your LiveID and Password you used to purchase the program. It should detect your paid status and update automatically.
