    Seriously, for creating software, you have a few choices.

    There are many open source project websites publicly available that allow any developer to join their teams to create custom solutions for free. Alternately, you can create your own project on one of these sites and invite others to join in and help. Typically, the developers that join the teams have a vested interest in getting application developed.
