STORE BOUGHT ONECARE - NOT RECOGNIZE ID OR SUBSCRIPTION RRS feed

  • HELP!!!!!  I purchased by onecare at a store 7 months ago, I had to reinstall, now it will not recognize my ID or my subscription... therefore I can not sign in to any help support sites, I tried to run a script to reset ID it says it could not do that, I tried to reset my ID it will not do that, >>> I can not get into any help areas with out an ID.. I set this ID up just ot be in this forum but it is not recognized by my onecare... this has been weeks, I can not complete the set up
    without my ID.....   the store I bought it at may have given me the wrong ID to start with... they do not recall...  I need to contact somebody but how can I do that if it won't recognize my ID.....
