Not able to redeem my gift even though I have a genuine Vista Premuim RRS feed

    Before you can redeem, your Vista installation must first pass validation.     Upon further investigation it appears that you purchased your machine from Gateway. Only machines purchased from local PC builders are eligible for this promotion.

  • I Have already past validation and it told me it is genuin but I got this messge:
