Hi,
I have to adapt crm 4.0 in order to see changes in contacts, accounts data.
E.g. I have an address data in account and I have to change it, but I want to see previous data.
Silmpy - history of changes in address data.
Is there any simple way to solve this problem?

There is currently no 'out-of-the-box' audit features in CRM You can take a look at some of the third party add-ons like C360
www.c360.com/
Audit
.aspx
or you would need to develop a plug in or check out this blog by the CRM Team Blog on how to leverage custom forms and workflows
http://blogs.msdn.com/crm/archive/2008/06/13/use-workflow-to-configure-business-data-auditing-in-microsoft-dynamics-crm-4-0.aspx
.
I also came across this download on MSDN. At a minimum, it should provide a sample of how you can create an audit plug in.
http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/auditing4crm
You can also check out the SDK for more information about how to extend the application. Here is a link if you need it.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb928212.aspx
This feature may be coming in a future release as it is asked for frequently.
Best Regards, Donna

Rafal -
In addition to Donna's suggestions, here are some additional resource for audit trail that leverage workflow.
http://blog.customereffective.com/blog/2008/03/creating-audit.html
and
http://blogs.msdn.com/crm/archive/2008/04/10/using-workflow-to-maintain-an-audit-log.aspx
and finally
http://www.imginc.com/blogs/richardk/Lists/Posts/Post.aspx?ID=80
which includes a screencast demonstration.
Hope all that helps!
