Agent Communications Panel settings RRS feed

  • I've installed ACP on CRM 4.0.  The ACP panel is present but calls load the Account entity and I want to load the Contact entity instead.  According to the docs this should be easy to do from the Settings|Agent Communications Panel applet.  It's not there!  Anyone help?

  • Reinstalled ACP on the CRM server and this was sorted.
