operating system does not support installation of outlook client

hi
i im trying to install the outlook client on a windows vista business edition SP2 operating system and it keeps telling me that the operating system does not support the installation. but the documentation states that all vista editions support MS dynamics crm for outlook. please what could be the problem

Are you installing the correct version of hte software 32bit vs 64 bit, and does your office version match also?

office 2007 32-bit version

Well that is of course a supported version. But Office 2007 or SP2 or later must be installed.
It may help if you can post the install error log. You can find it here:
SystemDrive:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs\

What is the Windows Version? is it 32 or 64 bit?
