  •  Hello, I installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM but it doesnt work. Its the error "ntidentity cannot be null". I read some forum and they talk about the "Asynchronus processus service" and i saw its not installed on my server. I dont know why. How can I install that process ? • I would start again. Remove CRM and reinstall. Have a look at the Microsoft Implementation Guide for guidance.

The service is called the "Micrsooft CRM Asynchronous Processing Service".

You might like to post more details about when the error message is displayed - is it when you browse to the CRM application?
