CRM 2015 Add to Queue RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Is there any way to default it to All Queues when I click on Add to Queue button, currently it loads the Business Queues as default.

    I found a link that suggests to remove the team for the queue(team's default queue) to make your queues visible in the Business Queues which is not a solution for me as i need the team's default queue.
