    There is no "MCP syllabus".  You earn MCP status when you pass one certification exam.  There are multiple paths you can take.  Suggest you check out the Microsoft Learning site first - http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/cert-default.aspx

    You need to pass one exam to achieve MCP. First you need to select the certification path.  What certification are you planning to take?  Here are the details:
