    Good morning! After I was using 90 days free trails of One Care and I decided to renewal or order subcription. I've filling out the information and whole 9 yards but unfortunately they're keep saying error in  my information and I retype again and keep it on saying it same message repeat. I'd tried everything in different ways but it's keep on saying again and I went to account in my ID and they said that I don't have a account and so I thought maybe I'm using MSN messenger only since it is free and including e-mail. How can I try to order or renewal the subcription ???

  • I assume that you mean that your credit card payment form is being rejected after you have signed in? Or are you unable to sign in with your existing LiveID?

    Sign in with your LiveID at http://account.live.com

    Make sure that your contact information is correct, particularly your country.

    Make sure you are located in a country where OneCare is available for sale -

    Clear your cookies and temporary Internet files in IE.

    Close IE

    Start activation from within OneCare

    Sign in with your LiveID

    In the payment/contact form make sure that you are not using punctuation or non-alpha numeric characters like dashes, apostrophes, hyphens, and commas.
