Failure Processing Web Conferencing Edge Server List when Configuring an Enterprise Pool RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am receiving the following error when attempting to Configure my Enterprise Pool for external access. I have a collocated Access/Web Conferencing Edge Server and separate A/V Edge Server in my environment. The Access Edge role is allowing me to connect to IM externally, and I can also verify my Live Meeting account and join a Meet Now meeting session from an external client. Any ideas?
