Cancel your subscription is not working RRS feed

  • Microsoft has made it virtually impossible to cancel the live one care service. I have spent almost 5 hours trying the various links (that don't work) or simply went in circular logic regardless of where I tried to navigate, as well as cancelation emails with 2 different support bots.. When I sent the info requested in the email I was told that it would cancel the entire live account, not the live one care 49.95 subscription. Very frustrating process. I'm going to give up for now and try calling Redmond tomorrow.

  • Cancelling a OneCare subscription is indeed quite a hassle. It requires a call to support. Your email support response indicates that you contact Office Live Support, which would not be the correct support area.
