Can someone answer something about Exchange Online Licensing? RRS feed

  • Hi All, 

    I have an agreement right now w/a reseller for Exchange Online E2. The issue is that I am seeing little to no benefit going through them - they resell the E2 licenses and then charge me for every support call. Is there really any benefit for going through a reseller if they offer a fee based support?

  • That's up to you to decide, if their support actually knows what they are doing, it might be a benefit. But being a SaaS service, O365 comes with support included in the price, generally speaking.
