Partner Portal for MSCRM 2011

  I downloaded the Partner portal zip file from the following website

  http://pinpoint.microsoft.com/en-in/applications/partner-relationship-management-portal-for-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2011-12884910828

  I imported the given solution in MSCRM online organization , and created the Partner portal in crm .But now I am unable to register the application using windows live ID . I followed the steps which are given in the document but but after creating the apllication I am not getting the 'esentials ' link (which is given in the documen ) to proceed futher.

  Please provide me a solution for this.
