I experienced problems with the Windows Live One Care that I ordered and downloaded. I subsequently uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall it through the Windows Live One Care Home Page site. When attempting to reinstall it, I get an error message that states that I can't download it when a version already exists on my computer. As I have already unistalled the downloaded version, I cannot find anything remaining to remove or uninstall. How do I get rid of this message and re-download the product? I'd appreciate any suggestions!

If youre using Windows Vista

Save the file to your computer.

Right click on the file, choose run as administrator.
