I bought a laptop with OEM Windows 7 Starter and I want to upgrade RAM from 2GB to 4GB that the Starter doesn't support. So, I'm going to upgrade to Home Premium. I see the Anytime Upgrade is cheap and might suitable for me. But I need 64-bit edition, afaik
anytime upgrade can't upgrade from 32-bit starter to 64-bit home premium, right?
- Can I use Anytime Upgrade license to upgrade to 64-bit Home premium? How?
- If I can't, what should I do? with the cheapest path.
