Multiple login accounts confusion

  Greetings,
  
  This may not have anything to do with the forums, but I don't know where else to ask these questions.  It turns out that I have 2 different user accounts.  The one I'm logged into now through a windows live login account and an older account that has a display name of CnoEvil.  I've been trying to consolidate myself on these forums and connect my new live account to the older CnoEvil account, but I can not find any way to do it.  I can not even log into the old account because I guess I don't remember the email address I registered under or the login details.  Could someone who has the ability to manage these forums or logins' help me with this?
