    The OneCare ICON has turned yellow because I have not yet set up the Back-Up. If I do not want to use the back-up feature at this time, is there a way to overide this, so that the icon will reset to green again? If I do not setup the back-up and the icon remains yellow then I will not know if new important action is needed or if it is still warning me about the back-up..

    Any insight would be appreciated.

    In OneCare, click "change settings" then click the backup tab. 

     

    Next, click "configure backup" then click the "change" button at the bottom left.

     

    Here check the box to turn off backup for this PC and click OK and you should be good!
