  • Hi mkd21,

I have double checked the information you provided and your Windows (and Office) are both definitely Genuine. My apologizes for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

I suggest updating to the latest version of WGA notifications here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=69498 The one you have currently installed is almost a year old and the more current version should resolve this issue.

    Thank you,
