Contact Not Loading Inside Accounts in CRM Online 2013

Our organization having issue regarding Contacts not loading when user open any account contacts some times shows following message "loading records.." as shown in following snapshot,but does not load up, When user open record after few days it works fine. what could be the issue?
It has been tested thoroughly on different cross browsers versions, different operating system. Same Issue what could be the reason?
