  • Hi all,

    Does emails sent by user that configured as "E-mail Router" in CRM user settings will be tracked in history?

    For example, I sent an email to customer and he/she reply back. The conversation of the email will be appeared in record's history?

    Any configurations required?

  • Hi g8nitez,

    Yes, it will, remember to ask user to go to theirs personal setting >email tab, type in their credential.

    you can verify the setting with the email router test button.

  • How about the outlook appointment? If users don't have outlook client installed, are they still able to view the appointment in CRM?

  • No, without outlook client for CRM install, you can't view anything related to CRM.

    you will need to use browser navigate to my activities in that case.

  • You are right, cannot. My 'No' means can not view at all.

    The only way is use CRM system that you open using IE to send out.

    No outlook client plugin means you can't do anything in outlook that related with CRM.
