  You should post this question in the "Windows Mobile Development" Forum at the following address

  Anyway, if you want to target another Windows Mobile platform you need to have installed the proper SDKs, change the project properties and the target platform, build and test your application.
  If you need to download the SDKs for Windows Mobile 5 and Windows Mobile 2003 go to the following addresses
