Off Topic: Movie Maker Help

  My boy made a movie in Movie Maker on his computer that he sent to me. I can't open it, but i have Windows Movie Maker.

  He has Vista, I have XP. Why can't i open it? He tried to convert it, but it was impossible. What can I do? I cannot open this movie in any other program either...
