Auto Collage Product Key won't work.

  I bought a new computer and downloaded Auto Collage. I put in my product key where I purchased it on the old computer and it gives me This product key is not valid for this product. Well I'm looking at my receipt and I know it is correct. It is dated 2/26/10. What do I need to do now?
