Error message at startup RRS feed

  • Question

  • I upgraded from windows vista to 7. At start up this message appear - checking file systems on C: The type of file system is NTFS. Volume label is Vista. One of your disk needs to be checked for consistency. It is strongly recommended that you do the check and that it can be stopped by tapping any key within 10 seconds.  It counts down to ten and freezes. I have to reboot and tap a key within the ten seconds to prevent the freeze with recurrence of this at the next startup.

Any way to fix this ?
