    I've bought a Windows Live OneCare in France but my computer has English for a system language, and when I tried to install the software it didnt work, can I do something?

    OneCare is supported on a French OS and an English OS, among others.

    You don't indicate what problem you had installing, so I'll suggest that you download and install from http://onecare.live.com and activate with the retail Key from your CD.

    Note that during activation, your primary language in Internet Explorer must match your location. So, in France, for example, the primary language when you activate must be French - France. It matters not that the OS is US English, but that IE language setting will block activation if it doesn't match the physical location.
