Allowing Others To Download Files From WHS

  What is the easiest way to allow others to download files from WHS server with them having to login?  Currently I drop files into a public folder (for example pics.zip and give them the link below but I didn't know if there weren't something easier and practical.  I think it would be nice to have a program where you drag and drop files into a folder and the program immediately provides you with a useful link to share.
