    Hello,

    I'm trying to set up a computer set up for guest.  We're using Windows 2000 with the guest account.  How does one set up the guest account to have permanent settings beyond the initial settings that are original to Microsoft.  Specifically, we can't seem to change the regional settings and the homepage settings.  They always reset, as is the case with a guest account.  However, the initial settings have to be set somehow.

    Found out that changing the registry keys under admin for hkey_users control panel international had no affect.  The guest account continues to use regional settings that the rest of the computer does not use.
