Rdp connection problem In windows 2003 X 64 enterprise server

  We have problem of RDP connections in Windows 2003 x64 Enterprise server. We have 10 Terminal Cals but server is accepting only two rdp connections. I want to connect 5 thin clients to this server but becuase of this i am not able to use them. Can any one help me in correcting this problem.
