I have 2 issues and I hope imposting in the correct area.

On PC 1---After updating to newest version, I encountered many problems and decided to re-install WLOC. My problem is: when entering my live id, I entered it incorrectly and now unable to retrieve license code. Is there a way to correct this with out re-installing again? For example, I entered xxxxxxxx@hotmail.com instead of xx_xxxx_xx@hotmail.com. (I did not include the underscores)

It will not allow me to remove the incorrect id to insert the correct id. Please help!

On PC 2--- After getting the new update, whenever the PC boots up, everything seems fine but I get this WLOC pop up message stating that "Problems were found on my computer" and when I click on the "Fix" button, A blank window opens up, nothing is showing, I have no options other than to close the window. Please Help!

    Thank You!

  • For PC#1 -

Unfortunately, you've encountered a bug in 2.0 that will be fixed in the future. Once you enter a LiveID in OneCare for use in the trial version to enable multi-PC functionality, you cannot change that when you wish to activate a subscription. Your only solution at this point is to uninstall OneCare and then reinstall which will allow you to enter the correct LiveID.

For PC#2, this has been reported by a few people now and I have not yet heard what the solution might be. So I can only refer you to support -
