DVD Drive not working after OneCare Un-Install

I have installed one care, After uninstalling it my DVDDrive ceases to work

From past 3 months I have been looking for the reason, But I got it now

Can you please suggest any soultion to make my DVD Drive work?

Also you could have informed us that this is going to occur so that I would have never installed it.
