Folder Upload and Download Capibility

  Dear Sir,

  I am trying to upload and download folders from my Microsoft SharePoint site, but it allows me to upload and download only files or zip files. Is there any way to upload entire folder and download entire folder. Please do update me if you have any solution or suggestion.
