Hello. Our CRM 2013 Server (on premises) is running SP1 UR1. We are using Remote Desktop Services, Outlook 2013, and the CRM Outlook Client SP1 UR1. After the install of SP1 and UR1 some users are getting kicked out of outlook due to having
too many MAPI connections. an event is logged on the Exchange server (on premises), pasted below. I know there is a registry modification to expand the number of connections but this is a workaround to a solution to a bug in SP1 UR1. I've
actually tested the workaround and specified 2000, but the error was still received. If i were to uninstall the SP and UR, leaving the CRM Outlook Client at RTM, there is no issue.
Anyone seen this before?
