We are installing CRM 2011 on a Citrix Xenapp environment. When installing the Outlook client, we use the /disableofflinecapability switch. If we use this switch Outlook loads in 10 seconds or so, if we omit the switch it takes 2 minutes or so.
So, this is all good. The issue is when we install Rollup 15, the outlook load time goes back to a minute or two (on the loading profile splash screen).
There does not see to be a /diasableofflinecapability option for the rollup. Anyone have any ideas on how to get the rollup to not re-enable the offline access?
