PLEASE HELP! Crawler and Support Problems!!!! RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have been having trouble with MSN Bot or support team for alomst a year. I hope you can figure out where this major problem exist from. I have been reading the forums, blogs, live.com support and guidelines for a year with no luck in getting my websites in the index. I was promised by James from Microsoft Global Escalations on Jan. 16th this year that my websites was re-submitted and show up in the live.com search in 4-5 weeks. He was very helpful through this matter until he didn't follow up with the email and promises made to me. I have worked very hard and studied live.com guidelines for about a year now. In addition I have made changes to my sites that may have been in question. I have read and talked with experts from sites like http://www.webmasterworld.com, http://www.searchenginewatch.com and http://www.highrankings.com and all these experts have came to the conclusion that my site not only meets expectations but exceeds them to both serve my customers, get listed in all major search engines and ranked very good for some search terms in major search engines. This has been the case in most all sites except for live.com. James from Microsoft Global Escalations on Jan.16th wrote this email exactly.

    Hi, Juston Garland

I have reviewed both of your sites (I left out to avoid potential problems with crawlers, I will pm them to anyone from live.com ) and have re-submitted
both into the Live Search Index, please allow 4-5 weeks for your site to start showing.

Hopefully those steps should resolve your issue. I will be closing off the case on my end, but if you do still experience the same issue please email me back and I will re-open the case for further investigation.

    Thanks,
    James

  • Juston,

much like everyone else on the forums, I have been hampered by the forums' lack of availability. Please send your info to my hotmail account and I will review it. Please be aware that although we are adding more staff, currently there is only one of me and hundreds of you, so it still might take some time, but I will do my best.

  • Brett,  Did you get the email I sent to your hotmail account on May 21? This is the kind if trouble I have been dealing with for a while. I have given you two weeks to research my site after I know you read the email "at least opened it according to my email records" and still have not responded. I hae been working with live.com support for at least
8 months now and was told my sites was resubmitted back on Jan.16th 2008 and still haven't shown up in the index. I then emailed help and for a 4 time they wanted me to do the exact thing I hae done3 times before. Plus it is frustrating dealing with someone who must have a canned speach because everyone of the support staff from live.com answers the question in the exact same phrases. They all want me to start a process in which I have already done and compleated according to the staff. Circle after circle after circle, if this isn't the run around I don't know what is. I have been eagerly awaiting your response for more than 2 weeks. I have done as you asked of me and I feel that I at least deserve a response from you. Will you help or can I go somewhere else to seek help from live.com? Not customer relations again please! I don't know where else to go. I have been working with reputable experts from the seo industry and have been critized and reviewed by many of these experts in order to get reindexed by live.com. Websites like highrankings.com, searchenginewatch.com, webmasterworld.com and seo round table. They all say that my sites should meet all the guidelines for any search engine. I even paid to use MSN Submit it durng this time and it said my website meet all the requirements. I work with this program for a month or so in order to be reincluded. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

  • Can anyone help? I am still stuck out here with nobody responding at all. I have now found one of the sites listed in the index. Nobody has replied or told me about this. Can I be jumping the gun on the other site? Can resubmitting take 6 months to show like the other site did or do I have a problem with the one site? Please Help!
