Question

Hi folks. Can you pls check to see what my problem is? It came pre-installed. I have read other threads, but not sure where my issue lies. This just happened a few days ago.
Thanks,

Thank You! Found it, and then entered the correct product key. All is good now. And, I have learned something new which is always a good thing. You can consider this thread done. :-)
Cheers

what version and edition is stated on your COA?
your install is using a windows 7 OEM SLP key which requires a windows 7 compliant bios. you don't have one. you have a vista marker.

Hi, thanks for reply. I'm not that tech. minded. No idea as to your question. Can you walk me through how to find that? I bought computer 2.5 years ago, Windows 7 came pre-installed. Have had no issues until a windows update flag came up and I clicked ok on it. Then this.
Thanks
