Changing E-mail of MCP ID?

  Are you asking about how to change the email address assisnged to your ID? If so, try

  https://profile.microsoft.com/RegSysProfileCenter/default.aspx?lcid=1033

  and then select 'My Personal Information'.

  I want to "sign in" in my "microsoft crtificate with another MCP ID(Hotmail address)

  I can not change "Hotmail address" via this link. I do not sign in with the email address that is in my personal information, So changing it is not useful!

  I think if this is you want to tie your MCP Id with a different address then you will need to contact the Microsoft regional learning center. Details can be found below
