issue with New Record > Account RRS feed

  • I am also having the same issue with New Record > Account.

     

    Within Outlook 2007 (with 2011 CRM client) if I click New Record, then Account the normal Account window does not appear.  Using a browser works fine.  Contacts works fine for me, just not Account.

  • An IISRESET seemed to have solved this issue.  All screens no popup as they should.
