USB flash drive problem

hey there,
i bought diffrent type of Flash Drives , and some of them has been ccorrupted and it wont open any more.
whenever i do a format for these flash drives it saiys that windows cannot continue..., and some of them said "there is no disk in drive "H" please insert a disk ".
i did do a format from disk managment it also didnt work, i checked for power option for usb root hub "allow windows to turn off this device ...".
i also tried to install some software for formating, didnt work.
reboot windows to safe mode and trying to format, nothing.
i just want to know a way to fix this problem because i have like 7 flash drives not working, i'm not intresting of getting the data that has been stored in these flash drives.
i dont know if this has been posted to the correct topic but plz any help will be great.
