Sorry for dare to post an user question here. I have this problem after 22nd January (thought there is update around that day) and posted question Community but did not get an answer thill now.
Symptom:
1. Bluetooth mouse logitech M557 works fine
2. Samsung A8+ can transfer file by bluetooth
3. two devices are not showing in action centre, bluetooth & other devices, devices and printers
4. they show in device manager under bluetooth as a solid device. When I open also hidden devices, these two are not in hidden devices but I could find other
5. it shows "connecting" when I tried to pair again but keep in this status.
I tried these before the post:
1. https://windowsreport.com/windows-10-remove-bluetooth-device/
2. sfc /scannow
4. using restore point to resume 22nd January status
How to I get them showed ? Thanks. It is not critical but just work fine without showing properly ... :)

Might check with the laptop (or other) manufacturer about firmware updates and also asking in theirs forums about hardware issues.

You didn't mention the affected hardware but I'd try asking for help with the hardware in manufacturer's forums. You can also ask general windows hardware questions over here.

Thanks. And I would post also there.
All bluetooth related hardwares do not show in that screen even they are working. That makes me hard to control them. When I want to disconnect them, I should do this by power off the bluetooth device (because I cannot disconnect them from Windows 10 as they are not showing in Windows !0 notification and bluethooth and other devices screen).
