I don't see one specifically. I do see some C# questions being asked here so might give it a try.

Hello,
You might ask in the Visual C# Language forum on MSDN.
Otherwise, perhaps the Operations Manager - Extensibility forum:

Hello
When asked in Operations Manager - Extensibility --> told to be moved to MSDN (could not find anything specific to Systems Center or Operations Manager so placed in Visual C as suggested).
Operations Manager Extensibility
When asked in Visual C# --> told to be moved to Operations Manager - Extensiblity (and moved by moderator to Offtopic)

Maybe I was not clear in my previous post, as it was proposed as an answer. What I was trying to say was that moderators in Operations Manager Extensibility were telling me to move it to Visual C#. And the moderators in Visual C# were telling me to move it to Operations Manager Extensibility: thus creating an infinite loop. Is there a place for developers to post questions about the C# System Center Operations Manager SDK?
