CRM 2016 modify the social pane. RRS feed

  • When you assign an account to another user all activities (phone calls, e-mails, appointments, tasks etc)  in the social pane gets todays date and the new user. This is very confusing. I want the Actual date to remain and also the original user who created the activity.

  • Hello,

    I believe this behavior is caused with reassigning of activities from current owner to new through cascading.

    To resolve your issue you should open account entity, open 1-N relationship, open relationship with entity you want to change behavior for and change behavior for Assign action to None from Cascade All.
